Being with Nature

This walk helps you to have a more intimate, magical and deep connection with nature.

In this process we try to put ourselves on one side, letting go of previous experiences of and engagement with nature, and instead making space and allowance for nature to be with us. In this way and with simple practices, a new world can reveal itself. This includes releasing ourselves from our usual patterns and ways of seeing, which often bring us the same experiences. And how much do we really know about the living, growing and vibrant world that nature is? This process is a live discovery into the wonders of being not just in nature, but with nature, and what nature might reveal about itself through us.

Being with Nature takes place in a forest, large park or protected natural space.
